Exceptional and most unusual 18th century Swedish Baroque (Komstad) limestone top table in original color with one drawer to the front and removable lid to the bottom base. The table has a lovely shape to the skirting on all four sides so it works excellent as a centre table as well, Sweden, circa 1730.

The antique Komstad limestone top has historically been added, ca 1830 - 50. Komstad limestone was widely used as a building stone and ornamental stone in the middle of the 19th century, when many farmers and gentlemen ordered the stone for their tables. Good overall condition in original finish, with wear consistent with age and use. A detailed condition report is available on request.
